CNC Milling
We provide precision made CNC milled parts on our 5, 4, and 3 axis machines. CNC Milling is a rotary process that uses cutters to remove sections from a raw piece of material as the cutting tools move round the piece from various angles as programmed by the engineer and machinist.
Turned Parts
We provide precision turned parts operated by experts with over 20 years of experience with the ability to create any desired dimensions. Our streamline process makes it easy to produce large quantity of units to meet any demand.
Welding
Heat Treatment
Among our services is also heat treating for hardening. Heat treatment is an investment into the long term, making the products more durable and resistant to weather and long term wear.
Product Finish
We provide various surface protection finishes including powered coating, browning and galvanization.
